Preparation Method :

  • Fry the garlic with oil until aromatic then add the onions and carrot. Stir-fry until cooked.
  • Add the crab followed by curry powder, turmeric powder, pepper, brown sugar and salt. Stir-fry the contents together and add either broth or plain water. Bring to the boil.
  • Add the egg and stir-fry until cooked then follow with soybean milk, scallions and celery. Blend the contents together and place on a serving dish. Serve immediately.


  • 200 grams 1 Blue crab approximately
  • 1 Chicken's egg
  • 2 tablespoon large onion, finely chopped
  • 50 grams Carrots cut into small sticks
  • 100 ml Soybean milk
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 2-3 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Broth or plain water
  • 2 stems Scallions cut into pieces 
  • 50 grams Celery cut into pieces
