Preparation Method :

  • Stir-fry the garlic and crushed red cayenne pepper in sesame oil until aromatic.
  • Add the shrimp, squid and fish and stir-fry together then follow with the mushrooms and carrots.
  • Season with soybean sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar.
  • Add the green cayenne peppers and basil leaves and stir-fry the contents together again. Place contents on a serving dish and serve immediately.


  • 150 grams Medium-sized fresh prawns, peeled and deveined 
  • 200 grams Squid, sliced into bite-sized pieces 
  • 200 grams Sea bass, cut into bite-sized pieces 
  • 100 grams Straw mushrooms cut into quarters 
  • 50 grams Carrots, cut into thin sticks 
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped 
  • 2 tablespoon Red cayenne pepper, coarsely crushed 
  • 100 grams Basil leaves 
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil 
  • 2 tablespoon Soybean sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 
  • 1 -2 tablespoon Brown sugar 
  • 1 -2 pieces Green cayenne pepper, diagonally sliced
