Preparation Method :
- Fry the garlic with oil until aromatic then add shrimp paste and gently blend together.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry until lightly cooked then add bell peppers.
- Season with sugar and fish sauce and stir-fry again.
- Place on serving dish and serve immediately.
