STIR FRIED BELL PEPPERS AND KIDNEY BEANS

15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry the garlic pieces for a minute, then add the kidney beans.
  • Mix in the bell peppers and the soya sauce. Fry for about 3-5 minutes, stirring gently.
  • Serve as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams kidney beans, soaked, cooked and drained
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1" piece Thai ginger
  • 1 lemon leaf
  • 4 teaspoons Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 3 pods garlic, finely chopped
