Preparation Method :

  • Diagonally slice chicken breast into pieces, put aside.
  • Pre-heat a pan with oil over medium heat until the oil is hot, fry the chicken breast until golden and cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Drain off the oil in the frying pan.
  • Add onion, bell peppers, chicken breast, cashew nuts and spring onion.
  • Fry quickly over high heat. Season to taste with sugar, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce and light soy sauce, stir to mix well and turn off the heat.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with crisp-fried dried chilies.
  • Enjoy while hot.


  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 liter Cooking oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 100 grams each red, green and yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 20 grams fried cashew nuts
  • 5 stems spring onions, cut into 1" sections 
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • Crisp-fried dried spur chilies, sliced for garnish
