Preparation Method :

  • Place a pan over medium heat and add oil.
  • When the oil is very hot, fry snow pea for 1 minute until done and tender.
  • Remove from the pan and put aside.
  • Add small amount of oil into the pan, fry chilies for 1 minute until the skin is slightly brown and the flesh is tender. Remove and drain.
  • Add the remaining oil into the same pan and place over high heat.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant and golden.
  • Add fried chilies and snow pea, stir to combine.
  • Season with light soy sauce and salt, stirring and turn off the heat.
  • Dip out into a serving dish and serve at once.
  • Serve at once.


  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 30 pods snow pea, removed tough fibers from both sides
  • 12 noom chilies with stems on
  • 4 tablespoons large clove garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 4 slices (1"long) mature ginger with skin-on, washed and bruised
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
