Preparation Method :

  • To prepare the dressing: combine tamarind juice, sugar and salt together, stir until all dissolved.
  • Gradually add olive oil and sesame oil, stir to blend well.
  • Add black sesame seeds, stirring again top combine.
  • In a mixing bowl, put in all potatoes, corn kernels and fried tofu.
  • Toss well with sesame oil dressing, spoon onto a bed of mixed salad peanut on top.
  • Serve immediately.


  • 100 grams sweet potato, cut into pieces and boiled
  • 100 grams khai potato, cut into pieces and boiled
  • 100 grams red potato, cut into pieces and boiled
  • 5 tablespoons boiled corn kernels
  • 100 grams soft tofu, cut into cubes and fried until just golden
  • 5 tablespoons Sesame oil dressing
  • 300 grams mixed salad leaves
  • Sesame oil dressing 
  • 300 grams tamarind juice
  • 300 grams tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons roasted black sesame seeds, lightly cracked
