SHRIMP WITH WINGED BEAN SPICY SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the lemon juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and chili paste together.
  • Add the winged beans and shrimp then blend together lightly. Place onto a serving dish and sprinkle the fried shallots over the salad.
  • Place the boiled egg slices over the salad and pour the cereal cream over the top. Serve immediately.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Winged beans, thinly sliced   
  • 200 grams Medium-sized fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined    
  • 1 Chicken egg, boiled and sliced into 4 pieces    
  • 1 tablespoon Fried shallots    
  • 2 tablespoon Cereal cream, boiled    
  • 2 ½ tablespoon Lemon juice        
  • 2 ½ tablespoon Fish sauce        
  • 2 tablespoon Palm sugar    
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste
