Preparation Method :

  • Put the coconut milk into a saucepan over a gentle heat, add the tofu and stir until partly melted. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the cooked beans and all the remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly and turn out on to a serving dish and serve the salad.


  • 100 grams soft tofu
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 25 grams Crushed Roasted Nuts
  • 45 grams thin green beans, thinly sliced, cooked and drained
  • 90 ml coconut milk
  • 3 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried chillies
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
