VEGETABLE TOPS SPICY SALAD

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the lemon juice, tamarind juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and bird chili together.
  • Add the chayote tops, shrimp and shallots into the salad dressing mixture. Gently blend the contents together.
  • Place the salad on a serving dish and sprinkle the cashew nuts and Khao sarn fish over the salad. Serve immediately.




INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Chayote tops, scalded until cooked
  • 50 grams Minced shrimp, scalded
  • 3 tablespoon Shallots, slivered
  • 50 grams Khao sarn fish, fried crispy
  • 50 grams Cashew nuts, roasted and coarsely crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Bird chili, slivered as desired
