Preparation Method :

  • To make spicy dressing: in sauce bowl, combine light soy sauce, lime juice, salt and sugar, stir until all dissolved. Add hot chilies and stir lightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, put in vegetarian tuna, shallot, ginger, lemongrass, galangal and wild ginger spoon the dressing over and toss to combine add kaffir lime leaves and mint leaves, toss lightly.
  • Transfer to serving dish, garnish with iceberg lettuce and lemon wedge.
  • Serve at once.


  • 400 grams vegetarian tuna
  • 100 grams wild ginger, shredded
  • 8 kaffir lime leaves, shredded 
  • 100 grams shallot, slice thinly
  • 100 grams young ginger, shredded
  • 100 grams lemongrass, sliced thinly
  • 100 grams young galangal, shredded
  • Iceberg lettuce and lemon wedge for garnish

Spicy dressing

  • 4 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 hot chilies, sliced
