Preparation Method :

  • Grill the squids for 1 - 2 minutes on each side until cooked thoroughly.
  • Heat vinegar and sugar together in a sauce pan over the medium heat. Cook for 1 - 2 minute and then add crushed red chilli and sesame oil. Remove it from the heat.
  • To this add the grilled dried squid, sesame seed and mix it well together.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it hot.


  • 150 grams dried squid
  • 2 dried red chilli (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
