Preparation Method :

  • Combine all- purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl.
  • Gently stir in water little by little and mix it well to make a smooth batter.
  • Add sesame seed, grated coconut to the batter and blend it well.
  • Heat the oil in a wok.
  • Coat the banana slices evenly with batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.


  • 3 Thai Banana (peeled and sliced lengthwise)
  • 100 grams rice flour
  • 50 grams all- purpose flour
  • 50 grams coconut (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 150 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying
