Preparation Method :

  • Puree all the ingredients in a blender (except oil).
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  • Drop a spoonful of the fish paste into the hot oil. Fry it until browned on both the sides (turn it once).
  • Repeat the same procedure until all the fish paste is used.
  • Drain the excess oil and serve it hot.  


  • 1 kg Catfish filets (skinless and boneless)
  • 2 Eggs (beaten) 
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste 
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying
