Preparation Method :
- Crush the sour curry chili paste with the boiled shrimp until thoroughly blended. Set aside.
- Dissolve the sour curry chili paste with vegetable stock or water in a soup pot and set over heat. Add the fresh shrimp, followed with Chinese radish. Wait for the contents to cook then add the string beans, banana blossoms and cabbages and bring to the boil.
- Season with fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind juice. Bring to the boil again and remove from heat. Place in a bowl.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 Medium-sized fresh shrimps, peeled deveined
- 100 grams Cooked shrimps (boiled)
- 200 grams Cabbages, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Chinese radish, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 200 grams Banana blossoms, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100 grams String beans, cut into pieces
- 200 grams Cauliflowers, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 50 grams Sour Curry Chili Paste
- 150 ml Vegetable stock or plain water
- 2 teaspoon Fish sauce
- 75 grams Tamarind juice
- 2 tablespoon Palm sugar
