Preparation Method :

  • Extract the fish meat and remove the skin. Finely chop and set aside to dry on a plate for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Fry the fish meat in hot oil (set to medium heat) until golden yellow. Remove and set aside to drain away oil.
  • Pour out the oil from the pan and leave approximately 2 tablespoons then add the chili curry paste and stir-fry until aromatic.
  • Season with fish sauce and palm sugar then add the fried fish meat followed by the young peppercorn and finger root. Blend the contents together and place on a serving dish. Serve immediately.


  • 2 Grilled catfish
  • 1 tablespoon Chili curry pastes
  • 5 stems Young green peppercorn
  • 50 grams Finger roots, slivered
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoon Palm sugar
  • IDHAYAM Cooking oil for frying
