Preparation Method :

  • Grind the soaked sabudana to make a paste.
  • Mix the above paste with Shinghara flour, salt, oil and make small doughs.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add Paneer, Carrot, Peanut, green chilli, green coriander, White pepper, salt and saute well.
  • Place this stuffing into each doughs and make a momos shape.
  • Steam the momos in steamer for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out from the steamer and serve hot with chutney.


  • 200 grams Shinghara flour
  • 200 grams Sabudana, soaked overnight
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame Oil

For Stuffing

  • 200 grams Paneer, grated
  • 100 grams Carrot, Finely Chopped
  • 100 grams Peanut, crushed
  • 3 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon Chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped green coriander
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper

    what is the purpose of sabudana?I never heard about sabudana used in momo...pls rply..

    Hello Shree ji Thanks for ur Question . I used Sabudana paste for binding of singhada flour because singhada flour if very soft . so i use this for perfect binding .and bahut hi sochne per mujhe ye idea sujha so isse mai momos ko acha shape bhi de sakhi or is difficult work ko acche se kar liya.
