MOMOS

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the soaked sabudana to make a paste.
  • Mix the above paste with Shinghara flour, salt, oil and make small doughs.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add Paneer, Carrot, Peanut, green chilli, green coriander, White pepper, salt and saute well.
  • Place this stuffing into each doughs and make a momos shape.
  • Steam the momos in steamer for 15 minutes.
  • Take it out from the steamer and serve hot with chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Shinghara flour
  • 200 grams Sabudana, soaked overnight
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame Oil

For Stuffing

  • 200 grams Paneer, grated
  • 100 grams Carrot, Finely Chopped
  • 100 grams Peanut, crushed
  • 3 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon Chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped green coriander
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
