THAI STYLE - CHEESE AND POTATO OMELETTE

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry the onions till translucent. Add the potato strips and the celery, cook till the potatoes are crispy. Remove and keep aside.
  • Heat the butter and add the beaten eggs. Mix in the yogurt and keep spreading the eggs to cook the omelette.
  • Add the grated cheese. Cook the eggs till firm and then top with peanuts and the cooked potatoes and onion mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams butter
  • 90 grams potato strip
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 50 grams yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 30 grams peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Salt to taste
