GOAT'S CHEESE WITH PEAR AND WALNUT SALAD

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the lettuce on 2 plates and top with the goat's cheese.
  • Mix together the pears, walnuts and watercress.
  • Blend the lemon juice and oil together, and then toss into the salad ingredients.
  • Serve on top of the cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • A few lettuce leaves, such as Webbs and radicchio, torn into pieces
  • 50 grams goat's cheese, halved into 2 discs
  • 1 ripe pears, cored and chunked
  • 25 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 1 bunch watercress, trimmed
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Cooking oil
