BELVOIR CRUMPETS

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, combine cheese and butter.
  • Gently pour the port wine and mix it well.
  • Now add the yogurt and nuts.
  • Toast one side of each crumpet.
  • Spread the cheese mixture onto the untoasted side of the crumpets and grill until bubbling.
  • Garnish with walnuts, olives and parsley.
  • Serve hot. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Stilton cheese, crumbled 
  • 15 grams butter 
  • 15 grams mixed nut, chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon port wine 
  • 2 teaspoon yoghurt 
  • 4 crumpets 
  • 4 walnuts, halved 
  • 5 stuffed olives for garnishing 
  • 1 tea spoon parsley, chopped
