RIBBON NOODLES IN CURD CHEESE AND HERBS

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, mushrooms and sage for 2 minutes, then stir in the ham.
  • Bring 900 ml salted water to the boil and cook the noodles for 10 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain well and keep warm.
  • Heat the cheese with the mushroom mixture until melted, then stir in the noodles.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 grams butter
  • 1 garlic clove, skinned and crushed
  • 50 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 ml chopped fresh sage or 2.5 ml dried
  • 50 grams cooked ham, diced
  • Salt
  • 100 grams ribbon noodles
  • 50 grams medium fat curd cheese
