Preparation Method :

  • Heat up a saucepan and melt the butter, add the carrot, celery, swede, cauliflower and onion and stir-fry for two minutes.
  • Add the turmeric, stir and add the vegetable stock.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot.


  • 15 grams of butter              
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and julienned
  • 1 celery stick, julienned
  • 50 grams of swede, peeled and julienned
  • 100 grams of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 small-sized onion, skinned and cut
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • ½ liter of vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh,chopped parsley leaves for garnishment
