Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Sauté carrot, onion, celery and red pepper in the pan until they are tender .
  • Mix broth and rice in a separate sauce pan, cover it and allow it to simmer for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked.
  • Add all the vegetables to the rice.
  • Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and allow it stand covered for 10 minutes.
  • Fluff with fork and serve.


  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 1 large celery (chopped)
  • 1 sweet red peppers, chopped
  • 50 grams frozen peas
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 150 gram California Calrose rice
