Preparation Method :

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper  and mix well.
  • Add blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Grill the steaks(uncovered) over medium heat for 6-10 minutes on each side .
  • Then thinly slice meat.
  • On a serving platter arrange lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion and olives. Top with steak and dressing and serve.


  • 80 ml Cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 table spoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 gram crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 buffalo sirloin or beef ribeye steaks
  • 500 gram torn salad greens
  • 2 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 small carrot, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams thinly sliced onion
  • 50 gram sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
